Blue Cheese Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

» 1 lb wt - butter, whole salted

» ½ tsp - black pepper, fresh ground fine

» 8 oz wt - blue cheese

» 1 lb wt - bread crumbs

» 1 tbsp. - lemon zest

» 2 tbsp. - lemon juice, fresh

» 4 tsp. - thyme, fresh minced

» ¼ cup - roasted garlic, minced*

Place all ingredients in robot coupe and process until combined.

Form into 2"x3" block, in parchment foil.

Place in clean container.

Label, date, initial and refrigerate or freeze.
