Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Recipe

It’s the best of both worlds:

A tangy vinaigrette with chunks of blue cheese that will elevate the ordinary to the extraordinary with every pour. It’s a dressing that will stand up to and accompany any dish, but will never overpower.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette serves as a great dipping sauce, that added magic ingredient that’s your secret, or as a tasty dressing on any style of salad, from mixed greens to Cobb to fresh sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

Ingredients:

» 50-75g blue cheese, rouqeufort or gorgonzola

» 6 tbsp olive oil

» 2 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream

» 4 tsp sherry vinaigrette

» salt

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or mix until smooth. Mix in a salad with croutons, pepper and chives.
