Ingredients:
» 50-75g blue cheese, rouqeufort or gorgonzola
» 6 tbsp olive oil
» 2 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
» 4 tsp sherry vinaigrette
» salt
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or mix until smooth. Mix in a salad with croutons, pepper and chives.
