Cheesy Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (6 oz.) white & wild rice mix
1 cup frozen onion seasoning blend
1 tablespoon butter
2 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
8 ounces mozzarella cheese (2 cups shredded)
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup each frozen whole kernel corn & peas (thawed)
Directions:
Cook rice mix according to package directions. Sauté seasoning blend in butter in skillet until tender. Combine all ingredients and bake (uncovered) in 1-1/2-quart casserole at 350 degrees F until hot throughout, 30-40 minutes.
