Sausage Cheese Balls
#recipe: 01
Ingredients:
» 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked & drained
» 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
» 3 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
» 3/4 c. water
Mix all ingredients; form into small balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 3 to 3 1/2 dozen. Can be frozen.

Ingredients:
» 1 lb. spicy sausage meat
» 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
» 3 c. Bisquick
» 1 egg
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into 100 balls and quick freeze on cookie sheets. Place in plastic bag and freeze until ready to use without thawing. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.

» Cook pound bulk pork sausage, drain and press firmly with paper towels to remove grease.
» Melt 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded in double boiler.
» Stir into cheese the cooked sausage and 3 cups Bisquick until blended.
» Roll dough into small balls about 3/4 inch diameter.
» Freeze on a cooking sheet then store in tightly sealed plastic bags or containers in the freezer.
» When ready to serve, bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
